The Mont Ventoux is a land of tastes and traditions. For centuries, men of the land harvested truffle on the sides of the giant of Provence.

The truffle, this fruit of the earth, mysterious and magical, wich has fascinated mankind since antiquity, is called here "Rabasse".

In our museum  an exhibition of photographs, objects is held so that you will discover  the particular world of black truffle.

You'll get a chance to learn more about the history of truffles, its culture, its ecology, but also its sigificant involvment in the French gastronomy.
